One of the raps on Dr. Joel Fuhrman’s Eat To Live – Fast and Sustained Weightloss program is that it’s basically a vegetarian diet.
To some people, the word vegetarian” translates into “bland.”
I found plenty of recipes in the Eat To Live book that surprised me because they were tastier than you might think. But the real surprise was the variety of really delicious desserts you can make without the ingredients Dr. Fuhrman discourages: namely sugar, dairy etc…
The strawberry sorbet me makes in this video is a pretty good example of what you can do for yourself if you crave something sweet after any meal.
And of course, as you’ll find with all of Dr. Fuhrman’s recommendations, it’s low on calories but high on nutrition – especially for a dessert.
